This non-profit restaurant trains disadvantaged Moroccan women in the culinary arts. Set in a pleasant shaded courtyard surrounded by lemon trees in Guéliz, the team serves delicious home-cooked meals blending Moroccan traditions with French-inspired dishes. The menu changes daily, featuring classic couscous every Friday. The center also offers freshly baked pastries and popular cooking workshops.
