Guests begin with aperitifs on the panoramic rooftop with views over the Koutoubia mosque before moving to richly appointed dining rooms. The evening features an unchanging feast of Moroccan salads, crisp pastilla, rich tagines, and couscous, accompanied by live Gnawa and Arab-Andalusian musicians.
